King Edward VII School Language College uses the Coursedate online course booking system
The KES Language College in Sheffield is now using Coursedate to publish its course directory and take online bookings.
KES runs evening classes in 10 different languages including Mandarin, Japanese and Russian. The courses are popular and late summer is a busy time for the college's team as they prepare the course brochure, process enrolments and reply to enquiries before the October start. This year is even busier because the college is running extra online versions of some of its popular courses.
Coursedate is a good choice for the college because:
-
Coursedate's publishing tools make it very easy to create an engaging course directory that works across both mobile and desktop devices. It's much easier to update courses in an online directory that make edits to a paper based course brochure.
-
Learners can self enrol with Coursedate. That saves time. Other features like the admin dashboard and Coursedate's built in reports give the KES team almost real time data about how enrolments are increasing across the different courses.
-
Coursedate replaces a more ad-hoc spreadsheet based system. The team gets access to data that is accurate and consistent. This is important because it means Coursedate can be part of a more strategic, data driven solution that encourages the admin team to find insights in data that can be used to further increase enrolments.
